Butterfly frenzy

I just totally love this stamp... It makes me smile everytime I see it!
I where inspired especially by APFS challenge - something with wings this time. Simple task for me - I love everything with wings! Birds, butterflies, bugs of all (most) kind!

I've used papers from 3 different types of scrap paper.. Cant remember who's made any of them..
The background I've made using a Cover-a-card stamp, embossed it and colored with Distress Inks.

Both stamp and butterflies are colored with Promarkers.
Sentiment is embossed with black powder.

Sukkersøtt is challenging you to show your style. And that is indeed a challenge.. I tend to shift between different styles all the time. But I feel like this card might be a style that I keep coming back to. It's layered, got small details and are a little grunged. But you wont find lots and lots of flowers on it. So I think maybe this is me - sometimes at least..

I'm attending at:
Passion for Promarkers - 2 of something (two creatures - inspired by the name of the stamp; Two of a kind, two stamps)
A Spoonfull of Sugar - something with wings
Sukkersøtt - vis oss din stil
Scrap Creations - 3 different design papers
Stamp something - a sentiment
Top Tip Tuesday - 2 or more stamps

In the Garden... (you'll find more than flowers)

I just love this stamp from LeBlanche..
Aren't they adorable?

For this card I've used papers from Maja Designs, flowers from Prima, Ribbon from Grandma's attick and the stamp is colored with Promarkers.

Attending in the following challenges:
Thats just so cute - ribbons and fabric

A Quiet Summer Morning

Inspired by the beautiful sunsrise the other day I finaly found the use for a background a made some time ago. It layed on my desk for ages - and it started to irritate me that I could'nt find a use for it. The card is simple but I think it represents the magic og mysterious sunrise I witnessed.

The litle elf is from A Day For Daisies (surprise!) and the background is made with an Impression Obsession Cover - a - card stamp, distress inks (broken china, peeled paint, and scattered straw) and black embossing.

I putting this card in with the Stampotique challenge - they want to see you recycling something. Well, the background had provoced me for so long it was heading for the bin.. I would deffinetly say it has been given a new life!

And both at A Spoonfull of Sugar and Stamp Something anything goes...

Playing with Colors

This time I've played with the beautiful colorcheme from The Play Date Cafè:

And yet again I've used one of the gorjuss images from A Day For Daisies...

Both text stamps are from Stampotique.
Papers from Pion, Basic grey and 7 gypsies.
You cant really tell from the pictures, but the Bazzil have a shimmering effect.. Nice...

This was another one of those where it seems to be impossible to get the colors right in the picture... The flowers are much more Lilac in real life :)

Promarkers used:
Flowers: Pastel blue, lilac
